A Gold Coast penthouse for a new chapter.
A newly engaged couple, coming together later in life, bought this Gold Coast penthouse to build something that was theirs from the start. They wanted a home for the next chapter, calm and refined and deeply personal.
The penthouse had the things that matter most: 3,800 square feet across two levels, and views that earn the address. But the interiors hadn't been touched in over twenty years. Dark wood paneling, old carpet and flooring, tired fireplaces. The bones were sound, yet nothing inside reflected the life the couple wanted to live there.
So we started over completely. Working alongside the architect on the floor plan, then leading the design, build, and installation through to the end, we took the home down to its concrete base and rebuilt it with a quieter point of view. Custom millwork, integrated lighting, and soft architectural details replaced the weight that had been there. The terrace was rebuilt as a true extension of the home rather than an afterthought.
The result is serene and minimal, clean without feeling cold, elevated without feeling untouchable. A peaceful retreat above the city, with the kind of permanence that says this is where they intend to stay.
